Hiring an instrument with Morgan Music is simple. You can rent items to try them out and you can return any time after 3 months if you no longer wish to keep using it. No questions asked and no strings attached.
Once your rental application has been submitted, we will send you an email receipt to confirm all the details. Once an application is approved we will contact you to advise when you can collect the instrument and you will receive your rental agreement summary.
Your rental period officially begins once your application is approved and the goods are collected from our studio. This is when we process the first rental payment.
If after you submit your application, you change your mind, you can simply contact us to withdraw your offer to rent at any time before receiving your items. Otherwise, once you have the items you can return them at any time after 3 months.
Please make sure that the above features meet your requirements.
If you chose to return the items they must be in a satisfactory condition or repair costs may apply.
A $16 administration fee will be added to your account if you fail to make your rental payments on time. Arrangements can be made if you contact us at least 1 business day before the payment is due.
Please make sure you are happy with the offer before beginning your application.
The handling and account administration fee of $10.00 will be debited from your account immediately on your application being approved. These charges will however be fully refundable if you choose to withdraw your offer or terminate your rental agreement at any time prior to receiving the goods.
If you wish to have the goods shipped then additional freight charges apply and we will contact you prior to processing your application.
Applicants must be over 18
There is a minimum hire period of 3 months. We require 2 weeks notice if you wish to stop hiring your instrument and need it returned before the end of this time or the next month will be billed.
This application must be completed by the named applicant only. On an application being submitted, Morgan Music will be entitled to rely on the information provided as being correct and that it has been duly submitted by the applicant. We do not accept responsibility for applications not meeting these requirements. The terms and conditions must be read and accepted by the applicant. If not accepted, the application may be rejected.
