Terms and Conditions

For all studio lessons we will need to ensure the following:
No student or parent is to come if they are displaying any of the following symptoms:
• Fever
• Cough
• Sore Throat
• Shortness of Breath
We will organise online lessons at the regular time, or make up lessons if the appropriate notice is given.
We can’t risk putting other’s health at risk. If you turn up with these symptoms you will be asked to leave, and the lesson will be forfeited.
• Follow directions of staff with specific instructions on distancing and safety for each instrument.
• If a student is old enough to enter the building by themselves (without parents) that would be appreciated. If they are younger we would ask that only 1 parent come with them.
• Practice good hygiene - sanitise hands on entry and exit and if you happen to sneeze while there please make sure it’s into a tissue or elbow.
Students who have seasonal allergic rhinitis or another condition that presents similarly to flu-like symptoms are required to let the admin team know in advance so we do not send them home if there is no risk of infection to others.
Lessons: All lessons are based on the NSW state school term.
Fees: You will receive an invoice before the commencement of each term and payment will be processed automatically with the credit card on file. This must be paid before the commencement of the first lesson, otherwise you may have your booking cancelled or a late fee added.
Cancellations of lesson: All cancellations must be advised at least 24 hours prior to the lesson by text to 0451 771 768 or email to info@morganmusic.com.au otherwise the lesson will be forfeited. Where possible a make up lesson will be arranged.
Substitute Teachers: If a teacher is unable to attend then we will first aim for a substitute teacher to take the class at the normal time. This is to ensure continuity of learning. If students do not wish to attend then this will be counted as an absence.
Makeup Lessons: In times of unforeseen circumstances, planned lessons may be cancelled with appropriate notice. Students will have up to 2 make up lessons in a term. These makeups expire at the end of the following term. Any cancelled lessons in addition to that will be forfeited.
Sickness: Where possible sick lessons will be made up when at least 24hrs notice given. If less notice is given the lesson may be forfeited if a suitable makeup time can't be arranged. If students have any cold and flu symptoms they are not to come in for the lesson. The lesson will be changed to an online video lesson.
Withdrawal: The minimum commitment of tuition is one month. No refund is given for early withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw, please advise in writing via email to info@morganmusic.com.au one month in advance.
Lateness: If you are late to a lesson we are unable to extend due to other lessons. Any missed time will be forfeited.
Pick up: If you have a child you must be present to collect them at the end of the lesson. Any lateness will be charged at the same rate as a regular lesson as tutors need to be paid for their time and we are unable to leave children unattended.
Security Video: Our studios have video recording. By registering you confirm you are aware of this. This is to protect students and staff.
